The Fund is a revolving fund established pursuant to the Salaries and Remuneration Commission circular number SRC/TS/WH/3/14 of 14th February 2014 and governed by the Public Finance Management (Nandi County Assembly Members' Scheme Fund Mortgages and Car Loans) Regulations, 2018. Its mandate is to provide mortgage and car loans to public and state officers of the County Assembly of Nandi.

3. Eligibility

Loan services are available only to eligible public and state officers of the County Assembly of Nandi who meet the criteria set out in the governing regulations. The Fund reserves the right to determine eligibility and to decline any application at its discretion.
